Who we are
CubbyFront is operated by Anurag M, an individual based in India. In these terms "we" means Anurag M, operating as CubbyFront, and "you" means the person or program that uses it.
The service
CubbyFront is front-office software for childcare programs, including licensed centers, family childcare homes and license-exempt providers: enrollment, attendance, daily reports, messaging and compliance records.
Not for Head Start or public-school programs until we sign a data agreement with you.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to create an account or use CubbyFront. Children don't use it.
The kiosk is for staff and authorized adults. Children must not check themselves in or out.
Staff and parent accounts belong to the center's account. The center invites them, decides what they can see, and can remove them.
Plans and fair use
Plans are flat monthly or annual fees: Home (up to 10 enrolled children), Center (up to 30) and Academy (up to 50), each with limits on team members and parent accounts shown on the pricing page. Limits are fair-use ceilings: we notify you at 90% and ask you to upgrade or contact us before adding more at 100%. We never remove access to existing children, staff or parents because of a ceiling.
Payment, guarantee and cancellation
Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Dodo Payments; charges appear as Dodo Payments. Prices are plus applicable sales tax, calculated at checkout.
Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. The conditions are on the refunds and cancellation page. Founding-50 pricing applies for three years from the first payment while the subscription stays active, then the plan renews at the standard price.
A failed payment never deletes your data straight away. If it isn't fixed, we may limit your account to read-only, and the retention schedule in the privacy policy says how long we keep records after that.
Your data
You own the data you enter. On the Center and Academy plans you can export it as CSV at any time, and we will delete it on request. We process it on your behalf as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for obtaining the parent consent your state requires for photos and records.
Compliance features
Ratio, immunization and inspection features are aids based on rules we've reviewed; your state licensing agency's rules govern and you remain responsible.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to store data about children not in your care, to send unsolicited messages, or to probe other centers' data. We may suspend accounts that put children's data at risk.
Availability, backups and liability
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided as is. We are setting up daily backups, and this page will say when they are running. Keep your own copy of the records your licensing agency requires.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
If CubbyFront closes
If CubbyFront closes, every center gets at least 90 days' notice by email. Export stays open the whole time. Then data is deleted.
Changes
We'll email account owners at least 14 days before material changes to these terms or prices. Continued use after that date means you accept the changes.
