The inspection report pack
When a licensing visit is coming, download one PDF made from your live records: the roster, immunization dates, incidents with parent acknowledgments, intake packet status, and each room's ratio check right now.
On the Center and Academy plans.

How it works
Who and where
Your center's address, license number and licensed capacity, and when the pack was made and by whom.
Ratios right now
Each room's children checked in, teachers assigned and a status, checked against your own bands or the ratio presets for TX, CA, FL, NY and OH (under review). Teachers are counted from their classroom assignment, not a clock-in. Until someone at your center has confirmed the numbers, the pack says so instead of giving a verdict.
The roster
Every enrolled child with date of birth, classroom, enrollment date, guardians, and whether their intake packet is signed, unsigned or not sent.
Immunizations
Each record with dose, date given, expiry and a status: current, expiring within 30 days, or expired. Children with no records are listed by name.
Incidents
Reports from the last 12 months, with what was done and who acknowledged each one, and when.
Made when you ask for it
The pack is built at the moment you download it, from what's in CubbyFront then. If a director added any of today's check-ins or check-outs afterwards, the pack says how many, so they read as corrections rather than as records made at the time.
What the pack doesn't cover
Not in CubbyFront yet: staff files, drill logs, medication logs. Keep your binder for these.
