A note from the founder
I built CubbyFront for centers that are too small for enterprise childcare software and too busy for paper. If you run a daycare or preschool with fewer than 50 children, you have probably been quoted per-child pricing by a sales rep who has never covered a nap room.
CubbyFront does the front office: enrollment from first call to signed intake packet, daily reports parents actually read, check-in with signatures, and the ratio, immunization and incident records an inspector asks for. It is one flat price, published on the pricing page, and you can try the whole thing in a sandbox before you talk to anyone.
